Das Final Girls Berlin Film Festival präsentiert Horror-Filme, in welchen Frauen und non-binäre Menschen Regie geführt, das Drehbuch geschrieben und produziert haben. Wir wollen einen Raum für weibliche Stimmen und Perspektiven im Horror-Genre schaffen, ganz gleich ob monströs, heroisch oder als Mischung aus beidem. Wir stellen uns gegen die Repräsentation von Frauen* im Horrorfilm als Objekte oder aufgehübschte Opfer und wollen sie als Subjekte und Erzähler*innen präsentieren. Mit dem BEST OF 2025 sind zum vierten Mal Kurzfilme des Festivals in Leipzig zu sehen.
